bio done today ,In and out in 10 mins .. Really fast!

ready for the next step still waiting on my RFE in mail .

How did u find out what the RFE was for ? before the mail came?

I knew that we didn't do the medical before we submitted the forms so I knew at least that would be in the RFE. They did lose the income tax forms I submitted so that was on the RFE as well. The RFE took a long time to arrive here, about a week.

it has been over a week for me and still no RFE in the mail im getting concerned im wasting time. :(

im thinking is something wrong with my medical but i wont know till i receive it.

10 days and counting since RFE was posted on the USCIS website.

Heya everyone.

We are also August filers (filed August 6; details in signature below). I'm Australian and my husband is a USC. We have been together since March 1999 and I have been here on a tourist visa, student visa and now currently an E-3 Visa (pending adjustment of status). Glad to see so many binational couples using this site, and providing updates. It is really refreshing to see the process moving forward for so many people. We hope that we can be part of that ongoing pattern.

Looking forward to learning and participating more.

Have you signed up for the text or email alerts on the USCIS website?

If not, visit https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/selectusertype.jsp and register. You will need your MSC numbers from you NOAs.

August 1, 2013 : USPS confirmed package has been delivered.
August 5,2013:got e_mail/text notification for all 3 forms.

August 6,2013:Checks cashed.

August 8, 2013 : NOA received for all three applications.

August 12,2013:Just received biometrics appointment letter in the mail,for Sept.5.

August 21,2013:Biometrics done.

September 03, 2013 : Email/Text notification for I-485, stating that it is in the "Testing and Interview" stage.

September 25,2013:Card production ordered for EAD.

October 3,2013: EAD card mailed.

October 5, 2013: EAD card received

the last digit ive been putting in

was someone elses case not mine!

im so silly

its someone elses RFE

i was looking up msc*******307

thats not evan my case

im 08,09!

so i dont have a RFE yet anyways , but my case is at...acceptance and initial reveiw still

i signed in to my case on USCIS and saw my case numbers and was like wth where did the RFE go. ? but i must of been putting in the last digit saved in auto crome

im so silly, no wonder i didnt get a text for the RFE

no wonder i hadnt recieved the letter yet!! cause nothing had been sent out
