What other rights? Nobody's taking rights away.

Like many things in life, it should be that if you don't want to follow the rules and pay the fees required, then you don't get what you want. Simple as that.

Guns should not get a free pass and people should not lose their minds when talking about gun control REFORM. I know an old document from a few hundred years ago says your rights should not be "infringed upon" ... but let's be honest and admit it's a far different world now than it was when those words were written.

Do you think that today's world is what the 2nd amendment originally intended it to be? A gun free-for-all?

Your other rights are also part of the same document that was written hundreds of years ago, so now the dynamics have changed so lets take away your right one after another.

Is that the argument?

Nobody's talking about taking away anybody's rights, though. I don't want your right to keep and bear arms to be taken away.

Do you think that today's gun culture is what the founding fathers had in mind in relation to the 2nd amendment?

No, not at all. Once again your English comprehension is failing you. I'm merely pointing out that you support some of the same policies Hitler instituted such as deporting criminals. You support that and he supported that. I never claimed that you support killing criminals.

I'm not one to use Hitler to win an argument, but in this case the similarities in your position and his position are so strikingly similar, it would be irresponsible of me not to bring it up.

Hitler supported physical fitness and a good diet.

So now Jack LeLang was Hitler?

We already deport criminals? Where have you been?

I think you're losing it.

And who says they can't have them? Not me.

Felons aren't suppose to have weapons because they obviously are not trustworthy and/or too irresponsible to not get caught in the first place. Nobody wants them armed.

They've lost their constitutional rights at that point. Matter of a fact they should be deported and surrender their US citizenship. But that's for another debate.

It's the only way to clean up the country and remove the undesirables from the gene pool.

I bet crime would shrink to nothing if deportation was the end game.

Where would you deport a USC?

No...this is the exact lunacy they thought would happen. 17 little words have spawned volumes of ludicrous speculation on government take over and loss of liberty.

Are all white men this frightened of everything? I find it fascinating.

Where would you deport a USC?

International waters.

Who's Jack LeLang?

Take the criminal USCs to Canada. Canada needs some street cred.

I don't think they let you in there if you have a jaywalking ticket.

Teddy at that point you accepted the policy of pvt institution and you agreed to their regulation, you were not required by a state or federal regulation to give into the background check.

It was a private transaction, the gov't had nothing to do with it. It's very cut and dry, if I want the dog, I follow their rules or go elsewhere.

Please note: I did not have a "background check", it was a list of 3 references which they called. But if they insisted that I do have a criminal background check, they are well within their rights to do so, just as I am well within my rights to go elsewhere.
