How To Now Contact Embassy?

Hello everyone, so as you all know the embassy has had some changes recently, I was just wondering if anybody knew how to contact the embassy directly in regards to case-specific details?

I understand that a code is needed to email them, or at least that's how it was previously, so I was trying to contact them to get said code.

I tried recently with that new call centre number, but that was no help, they simply told me that was for organising new appointments and paying fees and they had no contact information for the embassy (after spending a good couple of hours trying to ask them)

After the call centre I tried the switchboard number for the embassy and eventually got through to some angry sounding woman who told me to call the number on their website (This number being the call centre number, hooray!)

I then tried submitting a question to two different contact forms, but received no reply at all.

Does anybody know which number is needed to contact them about information regarding my case, or which email address/code to use?

I don't know of anybody who has gotten a reply from it because they are crazy mixed up with problems there this week. What kind of question do you have. Anything general we could help with.

I am going to guess it is the Consulate you need.

Nothing I can ask on here unfortunately. I need to 1. confirm they received some forms and got them matched up to my case correctly, and 2. For future reference when I want to say my fiance is attending my interview with me.

Well bookmark that contact form because that's one of the choices...bring somebody to the interview. Good luck.

I'm trying to figure this out too. Do I call 09042-450-100? I need to ask a question about forms being received as well....grrrrrrr.

Oh and thanks for the link to the contact form Nich-Nick. I was hoping to talk to someone today, but I've used the form...should hear back from someone within 5 business day. LOL...wish I were more of a patient person, because now I know I will be checking my email CONSTANTLY.

Just an FYI, I sent a question in on the contact form on Friday Aug 2 and got a reply today, so they did answer within 5 days.
