My fiance got packet 3, and is sending in all the forms needed for his medical such as 165K etc. I was wondering if I (the u.s. citizen that is petitioning for him to marry me) have to fill out out any forms from packet 3 as well (such as a 165k from me, etc)? Thanks!

Only the beneficiary needs to fill out those forms smile.png

As the petitioner, you need to fill out form I-134 (Affidavit of Support) and attach the supporting evidence (as per form instructions), and send this to your fiance so he can take it to the interview.

Also, the only things he will need for his medical are his police certificate, passport and medical questionnaire and LND number. The others (DS156, etc) are sent to the embassy.

Hope this helps!

You're welcome! My fiance and I wouldn't have been able to get through this process without losing our minds if it weren't for this site. The guides and examples are really helpful too! ;)

Thanks so much, same to you and wishing you a speedy smooth visa journey
