Hi All

As most of you know, my visa was refused because of unlawful presence. I applied for the Waiver and it was approved. London received my approval notice and asked for me to re-do the medicals. Medicals was done on the 26th July. I called the Clinic and they informed the results was received by the Consulate yesterday. DX collected my passport on the 29th July.

From the day of my interview, my CEAC case is still saying "refused", however, the last update was today (1st august) but is still saying "refused".

Does anyone know when should I expect to see the status changed to "issued"?

Thanks again for all the help!

I don't know the answer to your question regarding how long it takes to change to 'issued' but you could phone DOS on US 202 663 1225 and ask them why your case was updated today? They will probably just say that it's because they've registered your medical results but it might still be worth asking.
