Today marked 6 months since our NOA1 and we still havent heard anything. No RFEs or anything. By going through the case numbers on the uscis website, every single I129f case for a long way either side of us got approved at least a month ago, most a lot longer ago. Is there anything we should do? Any other February 1st filers out there in a similar situation??

Cheers!

Do you know about other VJ members? Did people who filed at the same time as you get an answer? If most did and a long time ago, the you should do something about it. If not, just wait, it will come soon.

6 months means you passed the timeframe for CSC + a month right? Have you called the USCIS? What did they say? Call them, ask to talk to a supervisor, make a service request.

Call your representative and ask him to make a request too. Call the congressman and the senator, ask them upfront how long it should take them to get an answer, and use the one that seems more efficient (They will ask you to complete a form, so just send back the form to either the senator or the congressman)

You can also try to make an infopass.

Then take a deep breathe and go have a drink with your best friend. This is the most important part. It WILL come through. Do every thing you can about it, but don't over stress, and don't get yourself sick. After any of your action toward the USCIS, you will have to wait several weeks to have any result. Just be prepared for this. Don't let go, but be prepared for the waiting time, and try to relax.

Good luck!

I understand the frustation... although I filed a month after you, many later March, April filers have seen approvals in the last couple months and even May filers now. I don't know what's going on... no touches, no transfer to Texas (I'm at VSC) and no RFE... Bleh. All I129F cases (even 20 beyond our case #) have been approved/rfe'd.

Hopefully its coming soon *hugs*
