How are criminal issues approached in the AOS interview? My husband has a couple of issues. First, he was charged with something but never convicted. Plus He has a couple of mis because of not having a driving license. How are these issues even brought up and how should we approach them in the interview?

Thanks for any replies

Just my opinion, based on your limited information, I wouldn't worry about it. I had a lot more stuff on my criminal history report and it was never an issue. BTW, I am the US citizen who petitioned a filipina. Best of luck!

Is your husband the beneficiary or the petitioner? How did he get to the USA? If he came here on a K1 fiance visa, the criminal issues happened before he got a visa, and were delcared during the visa process, there should be no problems.
