hello! i'm from the philippines 27 years old, single. i was petitioned in the year 2006. in the visa bulletin the priority date is december 2002. i just want to ask, how long will i still wait for my petition to be current?

by the way i belong to the f2b visa.

any response may help! thank you!

i have 3 kids, my eldest is included to our petition but my 2 kids are not, is there's a chance that i can take them with me when we got our petition?

Provided they don't age out then you should be able to include them as derivatives.

oh my! that was too long! i thought it could be much sooner now because the reform bill had pass.

hi,

the immigration reform has not been passed yet, it is still up for debate.

until you see that It has been approved by Congress and signed into law by the President. there won't be any changes

To add your children to your case, you need to inform the office that has your case about your children.

Most likely, your case is at the NVC. Send a letter referencing your case and include photocopies of the children's birth certificates with English translations.

Google "contact NVC" for directions in how to contact the NVC.

what if it passed, what would be the possibility to my F2B petition?
