Sprint vs ATT vs Verizon

It depends on if you travel across the US, or stay in one area, and if sprint is prominent in that one area.

When I drove a truck around the country, I used Verizon, as they have/had the best coverage, followed by AT&T. Sprint and T mobile are quite a bit worse out in the rural areas, and then you have all of the regional/local brands below that.

My brother has a company phone from Sprint that works great when he is on the west side of the mountains (Seattle area), but is dead to the world if he travels to Eastern Washington, until he gets near Spokane. His wife has a Verizon phone that has signal the whole way.

Hubs has sprint, he likes that he gets unlimited data but the data is at best 3g. His best friend just switched to a Verizon family plan and has much better service everywhere.

ATT used to be good but lately for last couple years they have been going down the slope, their service is good but their customer service is going down the drain.

They used to have 1 yr contract and for last few years they have been forcing ppl to sign 2 yr contract so they do not have to upgrade the phone that often.
