Dwheels i ask question I hope you could help me Im i reading the p4 email for the interview. the list of documents needed. All my original documents was sent to nvc like birth certificate. marriage contract. police clearance. do we need to bring this. I only have right now is all photo copies that I send to nvc. or nvc will send this documents back on the embassy? I had photo copies, and A copy of the AOS of my husband and Joint sponsor and the copies of tax transcript and pay stubs of my husband and a copy employment certificate. my sponsor copy of tax transcripts and investments. thank you

No you do not have to repeat what you sent. I don't believe your checklist for interview list anything. Bring your photocopies that cool.

1. Go to LAST PAGE or before and click "Quote/Reply" on the MOST RECENT LIST.
2. Ask for help only if you will mess up the list

Hi there. Keep doing great job. I get lot of information from you. I am on your list waiting to be scheduled for interview. I am on the top of your list. I may be on record for the longest time waiting for interview. I am so depressed about this interview thing. don't know what to do. Just got off the phone with NVC. Same familiar thing...US Embassy scheduling up to their capacity! I haven't seen anyone scheduled for Interview in Cambodia for last 3/4 months(I-130 only). K-1 seems to be getting Interview date right away. Is this because they make cash fee at the Embassy when I-130 we paid NVC directly? Just a thought. You do lot of research. My case was completed on March 27. When should I expect to get Interview date? Is there a pattern when they do Interview schedules? Do they have certain time by country? My wife is in Cambodia in case you need to know. Thanks

No my girl here has the record. But I am sorry. I really don;t know what is going ton at your embassy. I know every embassy have very few slots for I-130 because we are a small small percentage. And well there is a big world out there and i guess they are taking the lots. Have you ever checked with Embassy to find out whats up?

I was talking about sitting my case at NVC after case completed. I don't think anyone else waited this long. It's been sitting there since March 27 without getting Interview date or forwarding my case to US Embassy in Cambodia

Like you said if they go by priority date and date completed at NVC then between March 27th and now there should be an interview schedule happening and not have us waited all that time. If they are truly at maximum capacity then they shouldn't be scheduling other that are after us. This is making me mad.

You should definitely call the Ombudsman on monday (1-855-882-8100), give the case number and ask about interview issue. what is going on. The Ombudsman usually give an initial response within 1 - 2 weeks.

Worth a shot. You can call them for everything else.
