How do I pay the MRV Visa fee of $240? (192 EURO)
The instructions explicitly say that: "This payment method only supports fund transfers from Banks located in Italy. Do not use this payment method if you do not have access to a bank account in Italy. International bank fund transfers are not supported."
Can I send an international wire transfer to Citibank N.A. Milan from my bank in Florida using the bank's information???

This is a new visa processing system in Italy established July 15, 2013. If anyone has worked with the new system and could help me, I would really appreciate it!!!

Thanks!

At least you get a piece of instructions. I have been calling the Consulate in Naples, the NVC and CSC and nobody can tell me how to pay those 240 dollars. Travel State.gov online payment told me to pay directly at the Consulate. NVC also tells me to pay the consulate. However, the consulate keeps telling me to make sure that I pay the fee before the interview. Nedless to say that CSC tells me to check on their website where I don't see any instructions......

Hi!

Sorry, I should have followed up with this. You have to go online at https://usvisa-info.com/, choose "Permanent Visas" and then "Italy".

You have to create an account and follow the instructions. They email you instructions on the Bank Wire (Bonifcio Bancario). My fiance printed out the instructions, went to his bank in Italy and made the wire transfer in-person. The cost in EURO is 190 which is actually a lot more than $240.

After 2-3 business days they will email you a confirmation. You have to print that confirmation page and bring it to your interview in Naples.

I hope that helps!

The bank transfer HAS to come from a bank in Italy. They said that they are working towards a debit card system where you can pay online but it's not up yet.

I'd like to have that PDF and/or any piece of paper telling me how to pay those 240 dollars. I am also open to any method of payment including barter, should they accept it. The only thing I see on the website is my Applicant Summary Page showing my current status 'attend interview', and a courier selection, which has already been selected. Still, I doubt mine is a free of charge Visa. Needless to say that it is impossible to speak with a human being in charge of the collection.

I'm still trying to figure out how to pay for this from my debit card here in America (Florida) I too have emailed the NVC in Naples and they keep referring me to the instructions. I am tearing my hair out on this step. I want to pay on behalf of my fiancé (the beneficiary) we've done the DS-160 and I was hoping there was a spot to pay but nothing.

Emailing Naples seems to be the best way to contact them. They stated that we could pay the consular fee at the time of interview. This is very good news indeed.

Did they say if you can pay in Euro? Or dollars only?

So, I found out the answer to this -- you can pay in either.

But I have a new question. Has anyone paid at the consulate in Naples directly? If so, can you explain the process a little bit? (Is it before the interview or at the time of the interview, do they check when you arrive, etc. Is it a hassle...)
