Getting harrassed by the cops isnt just for black people.

A hoodie doens't scream thug, at least it shouldn't. I have 2 at home. Also, there were no interaction between GZ and TM until after he followed him. If he had approached him from the beginning, maybe there wouldn't be any altercation.

If you could have explained any of my bullets, as to say they would have happened if the colors were flipped, then I could concede with the argument. But the mere notion that color changes the rules is something to be upset about. I would never want someone to be convicted wrongly, based on color or anything else.

So by your line of thinking, we should be okay with being treated differently by the law because the color of our skin. That's wrong.

Statistics show Blacks kill more than whites do at nearly the same spread as there is between..... men and women.

I would hope the law would be color blind, gender blind and show disregard for age and social status but as there can be a bias, it is often based on broad facts.

GZ gets more respect from me because he's a private citizen attempting to make his neighborhood a safer place. Cops get paid to do a job. Often, I'm not sure whether the safety of a neighborhood has anything to do with that job.
