um when I received the "your address has changed email", later that day I received another email saying that my case had been approved. idk why they sent u the other email about the additional option.. but don't worry im sure its nothing bad, mayb their just checking ur application again to verify that everything is in order n that you don't need to submit any more info. have faith you will get your interview soon!

Hi my fiancé has his interview jan 15 and he was here illegally before. How do I know which waiver the 212 or 601 they are going to tell me to file? Will my fiancé have to file it right away? I'm just curious on how the process works. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

My waiver date is Oct 23, 2013. Its only been a month and it seems like forever. I hope you hear some good news soon.

Hopeful11 yay you should be excited from what i have seen and heared when that happens within a day or so people get approved just keep an eye out and keep checking your status its coming for you i on the other hand got an rfe on nov 12 and im still waiting on my letter to come in the mail and Rosymnoz how is your case going

I got an address change just like hopefully (5/29/14 waiver received 12/17/13) so today is the 7th day and I have no decision. Everything I've heard from others is that a decision notice comes 1 maybe 2 days later. Hopeful, what happened? Anyone else heard of people experiencing the address change and no decision for days ?

We started this process 5.5 years ago and are getting to our wits end!

Hello everyone. .. I am desperately looking for an answer regarding Our I864 ..we have sent it in for the 3rd time hoping to God this time it doesn't come back with another checklist...our lawyer seems to think it won't this time...HOW MUCH LONGER? ! We are going to need 2 waivers also...does ANYBODY happe n to know how that all works...do I have to wait forever for that too?? Our priority date is MARCH 2013...and we're still waiting. ..I'm so desperate for a resolution ...help :-(
