I mailed both I-130 (spouse of USC) and I-485 together and neither of them has a "Testing and Interview" step on the case status page. So I wonder if I might not get to have an interview.

We have been together for over 17 years and legally married for almost 3 years. We submitted a lot of evidence of relationship that covers almost 2 decades, including proof of joint auto, health and dental insurances for the past 9 years, joint tax returns for the past 3 years, joint bank account statements, affidavits from friends, pictures of trips together, etc...

There are no interviews for I-485

This is incorrect. The only ones that can have their interviews waived when filing for AOS are those adjusting from a K visa, and even then it is only about a 50/50 chance.

You will have an interview. Only those adjusting from a K visa have a chance not to interview. What visa did your spouse originally enter the US with?

When I did my AOS, I-485 application did not require any interview. It's approved without interview for everyone. I-130 application requires an interview.

I wonder why the "Testing and Interview" step does not show on my I-485 case status page. It only has ACCEPTANCE, INITIAL REVIEW, DECISION, POST DECISION ACTIVITY and DOCUMENT/CARD PRODUCTION. Does it mean I might not have an interview?

Was there ever a resolution for this? Our status page doesn't have a Testing & Interview section either.
