Still didn't receive interview appointment; interview in 2 weeks.

Hi everyone,

Trying to deal with a slight issue: 2 days after my biometrics, the online uscis case status case showed that an interview appointment notice was mailed on July 12th for an interview on August 14th. Over two weeks later, I have not received anything and don't expect it to arrive at this point.

After calling customer service, I was told in the first place that they would be able to fax me the document if I waited 30 days from that July 12th date (August 12, two days before the interview). Today, I called back and they told me instead to make an infopass appointment and see an immigration information officer that would get me that form. This is obviously much more inconvenient for me and question if that's the easiest way to handle this.

Has anyone been in this situation in the past? How did you resolve end up resolving it?

Thanks for your time!

You won't get anything over the phone. Last time they told me they would 'send me again' a paper... I never received it. They won't ever do anything outside of the normal process or waiting time.

Make the infopass and have them print the appointment paper. Really try to have it print directly there. It is inconvenient but this is also your best shot

Good luck in your visa journey!
