Very likely, yes. To confirm 100% though, you need to call NVC and ask.

My AoS checklist response was delivered by UPS this morning. Hopefully they do something abnormal and process it quickly!

I had a bit of a heart attack. Turns out the I-864EZ I submitted was updated a few months ago and information about I-864's across the web state they no longer accept old versions as of June 2013. In a panic, I called NVC and she said that the I-864EZ forms have not changed, only the standard I-864 and that it is fine. I also did an automated diff against the PDF versions, and all that changed on the forms is the dates in the top right corner.

I just wanted everyone to be aware to make sure you have the latest versions of forms you submit. I think I got lucky using the EZ version, but we'll see in a few business days if it gets accepted again. If not, I'll be pissed that they never requested a new form or that they directed me over the phone that the one I submitted was fine.

You dont have to scan the ds-3032 form .. you have to do is type and follow this template using the beneficiary email and send it to nvcinquiry@state.gov

Oh - you are thinking you had a connected 'communication' with NVC? Alas, no - all of that was disconnected.

What you did, and what they wrote back, is totally disconnected - not even the same 'event' to track/trace.

I believe what NVC is telling you is that you need to attach a signed copy of the DS-3032 to the email before they will accept it. This happened to somebody a few months ago. I will do just that. Use the "Supervisor Review" trick to get it reviewed quicker.

I called the NVC and received the NVC number, INN and BIN on Monday, August 26th. That evening my husband (the beneficiary) emailed the DS-3032 information in the email format recommended on this site - I have not received an acceptance or rejection of the DS-3032. Today, I received the DS-3032 via email. Should I mail a hard copy of the DS-3032 via fed ex today?
