Luckily or unluckily I also got a green card valid for 10 years and Adjusted under category F26.(Married on 12/12/12- its 11 months now) Interesting thing is when I went for interview I was given paper "case held for further review". There were instructions for ROC at first. When he asked wether spouse is USC or LPR we told her she is LPR, at that time he ripped off the ROC instruction paper,took it and told me you dont need this. It is confusing us now. I have asked some reputed attorneys so we all can get right advice.Will keep you all posted on answers.

Had my interview at Philadelphia today. I-485 and I-130 both are approved. Green card in production. :-)

Did anyone else see this on their I-485 after the status had already moved to card production.

My status is on 'Post decision activity' after being in 'Card production' and says this . Anyone else who saw the same thing ?

If you have not received the notice within 30 days of the date above, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. This is becoming very frustrating now ! I called USCIS today to find out what's going..

The tier 2 officer said that they had approved the case by 'mistake' hence re-opened it. No card production was ordered.

The IO had told us during the interview that she would approve the case as long as the visa numbers are available..

They have sent a notice to me with some 'instructions', waiting for the letter now crying.gif

All this after I have already received 'Welcome Letter' ....

Ok..So finally some relief by the end of the week. Status moved to "Card Production" a few minutes ago !

Now praying it stays that way and I get my card soon .. No clue why USCIS made me go through one week of torment.

But, as long as it all sorts out in the end I am happy :-)

Did anyone follow-up with their 10 years GC instead of a 2 years conditional one?

Took infopass and talked to an IO. At first he said there is nothing wrong as my wife gor her GC through my (employment based) GC. When I said that we have been married for less than two years, he went and spoke to someone. When he came back, he said that my wife is eligible only for the conditional GC and by mistake USCIS has sent her a ten years GC. He also said that we need to send back the GC along with I-90 form without any fee. When requested, he endorsed my wife's passport with a temporary GC valid for one year. Hope this helps.
