Help! Almost 3months since i-145 was received but still didn't get biometrics notice :-(

Followed up by calling and they confirmed that they haven't sent a biometrics schedule yet, but didn't gave any reason why. I'm beginning to get worried :-(

Does anyone has a similar experience?

It must be the "S" cities. Seattle, Salt Lake. They are both taking their time to do interviews. This is getting very frustrating! :(

Well at least you guys received the "testing and interview" update. My case never changed and is still in "acceptance". I don't think we'll have an interview before the holidays, everything goes dead after thanksgiving.

Anyway, happy news: my EAD card will be arriving today according to USPS. content.gif

Oh wow! We are married for 1 year and 9 months and I still got a conditional one. Oh well, I guess some people get lucky :)

From what I know, the rule clearly states if you have not been married for 2 years on the date of your adjustment, you get a conditional card. Of course they can and probably do over-turn it if you are really close to your two year anniversary but that didn't happen for us.

Congratulations!

You do not have to take pay stub or employment letter if u submitted with application.!

However, people keep the copy of them just in case if they lost.! So u can bring the copy on a safe side.!
