I did the same for the timeline. Hopefully some of the mods see this issue and fix it so that there is an option for one who is doing AOS via LPR. Best of luck!

Sep 27, 2013: I-130 approved.

July 31 2013: I-485, I-765 and I-131 sent

Aug 01 2013: USCIS received AOS package

Aug 06 2013: NOA 1 received for AOS

Aug 16 2013: FP notice received

Aug 29 2013: FP done

Sep 09 2013: Status changed to Testing & Interview

hello all, Just got txt regarding card production for EAD and status update for AP. The status update says something about address change, which we never did, not sure about the message. Will wait until we get the EAD, if it is combo card then will not call USCIS about the address change status.

Still waiting on the interview date. We called NVC regarding recent correspondance from them about consular processing fees soemthing. We mentioned about going with adjustment of status and the lady said that our file was requested by USCIS and was transferred and not to worry about the NVC correspondance. Hopefully now we can expect a interview date. Not sure if that was the delay or the field office.

how did you find out if NVC transferred your file to USCIS?

I received some correspondence from NVC mumbai but told them about AOS filling. They told me "We will hold the petition at the NVC until we are notified by USCIS to return the petition to them."

So should i call USCIS or NVC to find out if my fill has been moved or not

For those who received RFE for proof of Citizenship (when LPR spouse is the filer), how did you guys respond....

a) One page/paragraph explaining F2A date was current in Aug/Sept

b) copy of front and back of GC

c) copy of visa bulletin.

is that all?

and where do we mail the RFE response back? Is it snail mail only or do they accept Express mail/Fedex?

(and one last question, a dumb one, how do i add the timeline at the bottom of post like you folks ;))

09/09/2013 - Concurrent filing of I-130/I-485/I-765/I-131 sent via USPS.

09/11/2013 - Delivered to USCIS Chicago Lockbox

09/16/2013 - Acceptance Confirmation text messages (4) and emails (4).

09/17/2013 - Check cashed.

09/23/2013 - Four I-797C notice of action in mail.

09/26/2013 - I-797C for Biometrics notice. Appointment scheduled on 10/10

01/02/2014 - Received notice that interview is scheduled for Feb 3.

02/03/2014 - Interview went well. Now it is a waiting game as our dates are not current.

Waiting to receive atleast an I-130 approval
