Got the text and email tonight. My EAD is in card production and i-131 is in post decision activity. Since it is the same card, all is approved for both. :) Yay. At least there is progress. Keep on having faith my friends.

guys! my EAD is in Card/ Document Production but AP is still in initial review???? Should I worry? Is USCIS only approving my EAD?

"On September 27, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Any NYC filers got Interview date yet? I am still waiting for the interview date. My EAD has been approved and mailed today.

QQ for y'all:

My official appointment for biometrics was on Monday 23th. I did a succesful walk in on the 13th but so far my status hasn't changed to "testing and interview". How long did it take for your case to change?

There is not a fixed time usually...! But just wait atleast 1 week..!

In my case, I never get any text or e-mail for my case update.

I came to know when I checked my status.

02/25/201;3: I-130 NOA 1
08/21/2013: I-130 transferred to Nebraska Service Center

10/07/2013: I -130 approved.

Happy...happy...my I-130 is approved (in 7 months and 21 days). I think the congress man office did a good job in following up my case with VSC, Local USCIS office and Nebraska. Note: I just submitted a photocopy of my marriage certificate. Waiting for the interview on Oct 17. Hope everything goes smooth.

Feb 06 2013:I-130 PD (Case transferred to Nebraska on Aug 20 2013)

Sep 27, 2013: I-130 approved.

July 31 2013: I-485, I-765 and I-131 sent

Aug 01 2013: USCIS received AOS package

Aug 06 2013: NOA 1 received for AOS
