I am planning to have the following documents for the interview. Any suggestions?

1. Interview notice

2. Driver’s license and a copy (Petitioner and spouse)

3. GC of spouse and a copy

4. Form I-864 /I864 EZ completed and signed

· W2s, tax returns (for past 3 years) and employment verification letter

5. I-485 package

6. Passport (Original) and copy

7. Birth certificate of petitioner (Original and a copy)

8. Marriage certificate (Original and a certified copy)

9. Birth certificate of spouse (Original and a copy)

10. Supporting evidences

a. Wedding card

b. Apt. lease

c. Bank statements

d. Car insurance

e. Photos

f. Air tickets

Feb 06 2013:I-130 PD (Case transferred to Nebraska on Aug 20 2013)

Sep 27, 2013: I-130 approved.

July 31 2013: I-485, I-765 and I-131 sent

Aug 01 2013: USCIS received AOS package

Aug 06 2013: NOA 1 received for AOS

Aug 16 2013: FP notice received

Aug 29 2013: FP done

Sep 09 2013: Status changed to Testing & Interview

Sep 16 2013: Email notification for Interview (scheduled on Oct 17 2013)

Oct 17 2013 Case Approved

Oct 22 2013 CPO email received

Oct 25 2013 Card mailed
Oct 28 2013 Card received

Everything is good..!

But make sure you bring beneficiar's legal staus, I mean if beneficiar is on F1 visa then you need to bring I-20 or if beneficiar is on H1 visa, then you need to bring letter of H1 visa approved..!

Also, If you will approve your EAD card before your interview then, bring that too..!

10/07/2013: I -130 approved.

Looks good. Did you NOT submit I864 with 485? Not sure why you list it out from "i-485 package". Depending on what you included in "i-485 package", I would also bring all past i-20s, EADs, i-94s, and old passports with visa stamps..health insurance, life insurance?

08/19/2013 - NOA for Biometrics appointment. Date set for 09/06/2013

08/20/2013 - Successful walk-in Biometrics
08/28/2013 - NOA2 for Biometrics appointment AGAIN. Date set for 09/12/2013
08/29/2013 - Succesful walk-in Biometrics
09/04/2013 - I-485 status online changed to "testing & interview"
09/13/2013 - I-485 status showing the interview date.
09/14/2013 - Received NOA about the interview appointment on 10/15/2013
10/07/2013 - Received Combo card with fingerprint on it
10/15/2013 - interview day. approved on the spot.
10/16/2013 - I-485 status changed to card production
10/17/2013 - I-485 status changed to decision: registered as a permanent resident

Thanks. I mentioned I-485 package because it has my wife's H1 approvals, I-20s etc. Do I have to carry my EAD too? I have it and never used it as I received my GC in a month after getting the EAD. I also submitted I864EZ but Im carrying another copy just in case. You may not know if they have it or not. USCIS is known for their loosing documents smile.png (They lost my I693!)

I don't know if anyone had the similar situation. My 485 still shows RFE response review since I mailed out my response. But yesterday I got emails saying my 765 is in card production and 131 was approved too.

Congratulations on getting the EAD and AP Approved! My guess is that the online status will directly change to testing & interview once they are done reviewing everything on your case (including the RFE).

It's kinda weird that I received the email and txt on Sept 18th said my EAD card ordered and will be mailed out in 30 days. But today I received the same email and txt again. The only difference is the date of this update. Hopefully USCIS didn't make any mistake on mine or others.

08/25/2015 - Filed I-751 via USPS

09/06/2015 - NOA

09/30/2015 - Done biometrics
