I am glad to see movement out there. September will be a busy month for all of us. I am betting on lots of approvals before the end of the month, just so that they can get them in this fiscal year. If your case is straightforward, I am thinking that they might get approved soon. Crossing our fingers.

do we file G-1145 one per each form (130, 485, 765, 131) or ONE COPY for the entire set?

if ONE COPY per entire set, do we fill the I130 petitioner's name or Beneficiary's name?

09/23/2013 - I-130, I-765 and I-131 online status showing Initial Review. I-485 showing Acceptance.

09/26/2013 - I-797C for Biometrics notice. Appointment scheduled on 10/10

I put one for each/ I-130 with petitioner's name and rest of them in beneficiary's name. They still used the one on I-130 for all notifications. Might as well do all 4 to be safe.

I received email from NVC about Aug 16 with my case number and other details. I email back saying, I am doing AOS with USCIS.

This is their response I got yesterday. Should I call them to send my case back to USCIS or just wait for them to do it?

We received notification of the principal applicant's intent to adjust

Homeland Security's Office of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

Thanks dd_f2a_26. I shall include 4 of them then.

Also, a dumb question maybe.... as long as we meet the income requirements, and sponsoring only spouse we can do I-864EZ right?

I only see people mention about I-864 in the AOS application package, so just concerned if I have misread/missed something....

Their response is very clear they will hang on to it and send it only when USCIS request for it.

You have done a good thing by notifying them that you are doing AOS in the US.

Now they know they don't have to forward your file to your consulate.

If USCIS needs it, they will request for it. It has already been approved, USCIS may not need it anymore for AOS.........

No text/email regarding the testing & interview. My wife's FP was scheduled on Aug 29. She tried early walk-in but they didn't have time so she had her FP on Aug 29.
