Congrats everybody on the movement of your cases. Mine is still in acceptance. Not worried though. Last time mine went from acceptance directly to card production. I called NVC and confirmed that my files were transferred back to USCIS. Just waiting now.

In my case I got text and email yesterday at 9:15 pm for an update from acceptance to testing and interview.

@Bokar83, I am glad NVC transferred your files back to NBC, you be next to get an update to testing and interview buddy.

I called NVC and they said they have not received my 130 file yet.

Yeap..!

that means your case is with uscis, not with NVC..!

Once they updated that ur case is ready for testing and interview, that means you are good..!

You dont ve to worry..!

I do not know either...!I am asking because some people are already in testing and interview, so i was wondering new visa bulletin affect them or no?

My case went to testing and interview. I called NVC and they have not yet received my 130 files. Even though USCIS stated on the approval that the case has been sent to NVC.

What l donot know is if NBC was able to request the file from NSC, before they got the chance to send it to NVC.

When I called, they suggested to send a e-mail with I-485 receipt #. Hopefully e-mail takes care of the issue.
