Congrats!!

Does anyone know how long it takes for USCIS to schedule an interview?

08/02/2013 - AOS packet sent via Express mail (I-485, I-131, I-765)
08/05/2013 (day 1) - Delivered to USCIS Chicago
08/08/2013 (day 4 ) - Received USCIS Acceptance Confirmation emails. Awaiting official receipt notice (Form I-797) in the mail.
08/08/2013 (day 4 ) - Check cashed
08/12/2013 (day 8) - Received 3 NOA's by mail (I-485, I-131, I-765)
08/16/2013 (day 12 ) - NOA for Biometrics appointement. Date set for 08/27/2013

08/21/2013 (day 17) - Succesful walk-in Biometrics
08/27/2013 (day 23) - Biometrics appointement (Original)
08/27/2013 (day 23) - I-485 status online changed to "testing & interview"

10/7/2013(day 63) - EAD in card production, I-131 approved
12/24/2013 - I-485 status showing the interview date.
1/23/2014 - Interview and GC production ordered

I did the same for the timeline. Hopefully some of the mods see this issue and fix it so that there is an option for one who is doing AOS via LPR. Best of luck!

I just called USCIS this morning and the immigrant officer called me back but she didn't seem to know much about this. She said only the US citizen allowed to file 130 and 485 concurrently. I told her that the visa bulletin shows Current for F2A category in August. Then she said that I'll have to write back to explain that I'm not supposed to receive this letter. I also noticed there are several other filers who had the same issue with RFE asking them to show their LPR spouses are US citizen. I'm sure it's a mistake by USCIS.

Any update on your case?.what would be the next step if you get RFE?

I sent my response to the RFE two days ago and they've received the mail yesterday. Waiting for their update. Wish me good luck! Are you on the same boat?

Let's take it easy. If they have a request, we give them a response. It may make the whole process a little longer, but nothing serious. We gotta focus on normal life and work. And they also need time to review and process each case.

Can any 1 tell me that the step moves from acceptance to testing and interview once our original fingerprint date pass?

It's not really a rule that it moves once your original date passes but it happened for me :-)

Today went for FP. I still have problem in seeing my case updates with the receipt numbers. Always getting error msg. USCIS asked us to wait for 45 days to see updates on I485, I131and I765.

Feb 06 2013:I-130 PD (Case transferred to Nebraska on Aug 20 2013)

Sep 27, 2013: I-130 approved.

July 31 2013: I-485, I-765 and I-131 sent

Aug 01 2013: USCIS received AOS package

Aug 06 2013: NOA 1 received for AOS

Aug 16 2013: FP notice received

Aug 29 2013: FP done

Sep 09 2013: Status changed to Testing & Interview

Sep 16 2013: Email notification for Interview (scheduled on Oct 17 2013)

Oct 17 2013 Case Approved

Oct 22 2013 CPO email received

Oct 25 2013 Card mailed
Oct 28 2013 Card received

IDK, it did not work for me for some reason, therefore I did a signature timeline so everyone can see it immediately. You can do that by clicking on your account (upper right corner), choose settings and then signature on your left.

How did you reply to RFE? Can you please provide details? Just want to be ready incase if i get RFE. Good luck to you and keep us updated..
