So, I just called NVC telling them I am doing AOS in US. They told me my case was sent back to USCIS on Aug 23...thats 3 days later of emailing me my NVC case number. It took them only three days to realize their mistake. Anyone has similar experience?

BTW, still no movement on my i485, LUD 8/6/13 and biometrics done on 8/13/13.

congrats to those in "testing and interview".

BTW, about october visa bulletin prediction above, I agree with that and I mentioned that couple of weeks back in some other thread.

yeah, at a different city though.. i am traveling all the time.. i don't think the 2nd fp will make a difference cuz my finger prints are very light.. i just did some research and it seems like i need to collect police clearance reports from the past 5 years.
