I haven't... also, if anyone received biometric notice, could you kindly mention if you filed concurrently, or with i-130 pending, or with i-130 approved? The only person who received biometric appt seemed to have i-130 approved. (I filed concurrently)

I think its me. And yes, my I130 has been approved. I dont understand this delay. If it helps to speculate, my 485 package was delivered at 10,00 am on 08/01 in chicago and I have not filed for AP/EAD. good luck. hope it comes soon.

I finally received the three I-797Cs by mail today. Now I'll join most of you in waiting for the biometrics notice.

By the way, the I-797Cs have a different notice date (Aug. 9) and received date (Aug. 2). Does the received date matter at all?

Received the FP notice!

Congrats! Can you post a timeline in your signature to keep others posted? I've been waiting for mine these days and I checked my inbox found nothing there. When I login to the uscis.gov and I could see the last update of my case was dated on August 12th. Hopefully I can receive the FP notice very soon.

BTW, did you file 130 and 485/765/131 concurrently or just 458/765/131? I heard two other people have already received their FP.

Now I am nervous..call me suspicious but in my whole life my dream has always been the opposite of what happens in real life.. then last night I dreamed about getting the finger print notice :( I now suspect my fingerprint letter has been lost and I will never receive it... People whose package got delivered on August 2nd and received i-797Cs on Saturday have received fp notice.. what do I do if my letter got lost, theoretically?

Take it easy and enjoy your weekend first. Sooner or later you will get the FP notice. Even if it gets lost, they will update the online status soon and you can contact USCIS if you still don't receive the notice by then. Just be patient. I'm doing the same here :)
