08/08/2013 (day 8 ) - Checks cashed

08/10/2013 (day 10) - Received 3 NOA's by mail (I-485, I-131, I-765)

08/16/2013 (day 16 ) - NOA for Biometrics appointment. Date set for 08/28/2013

We've been married for 4 years so it shouldn't be too tricky to adjudicate.

thanks, we've married for about 2.5 years and my company attorney said uscis could waive the interview if they think the relationship is solid. Hopefully we could be lucky enough to skip to the end of process - card production. lol, finger crossed

Thank you. Just took a look at the Sept. Visa Bulletin and found the interesting information below:

F2A: This category was made “Current” in an effort to generate new demand for the upcoming fiscal year. Information received during discussions with the National Visa Center and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services indicates that this action is already having the intended result. Therefore, it is likely that a cut-off will be imposed for October. This cut-off is unlikely to have any negative impact on those who have already initiated action on their case prior to the announcement of the October cut-off dates.

How I understand this is that the new cut off date (PD) may be Sep 8 to 12, 2013 or whenever they will announce october visa bulletin or very close to it.

My online testing and interview status says that I should get a notice with place and date of interview within 30 days. Since my I130 is pending, will my case be pre-adjudicated?

Feb 06 2013:I-130 PD (Case transferred to Nebraska on Aug 20 2013)

Sep 27, 2013: I-130 approved.

July 31 2013: I-485, I-765 and I-131 sent

Aug 01 2013: USCIS received AOS package

Aug 06 2013: NOA 1 received for AOS

Aug 16 2013: FP notice received

Aug 29 2013: FP done

Sep 09 2013: Status changed to Testing & Interview

Sep 16 2013: Email notification for Interview (scheduled on Oct 17 2013)

Oct 17 2013 Case Approved

Oct 22 2013 CPO email received

Oct 25 2013 Card mailed

Received RFE email, I am not sure why. My I130 is already approved and not sure what is the RFE for. lets hope for best.

U even didn't finish the biometrics and you get rfe..?

I have mailed my application (130, 485, 765, 131) yesterday (Sept 9th). If all goes well, hoping I will be able to establish a PD sometime this week of September... lets say Sept 15th...
As USCIS will continue to process my application till Sept 30th as per Sept VB.... I'm hoping I will still be eligible to get EAD and AP in about 90 days time. right?

Though I might have to wait for the final 485 to be adjudicated or even an interview date to be scheduled...right?

09/09/2013 - Concurrent filing of I-130/I-485/I-765/I-131 sent via USPS.

09/11/2013 - Delivered to USCIS Chicago Lockbox

09/16/2013 - Acceptance Confirmation text messages (4) and emails (4).

09/17/2013 - Check cashed.

This is September, that means Visa availability is still current. Concurent application is still accepted until Sep 30, I believe.
