Never Ever Lie on your paperwork. Period, nothing good can come from this.... Even if they suspect you may have latent TB after a PPD test, you will still have to take medication whether in PI or abroad in the USA

When you don't want to lie, just don't answer.... it's easiest solution.

An omission can and will be viewed as a lie with the same consequences.

That isn't true for everything. An attorney will never advise to admit to something that wasn't asked. And there are questions that are asked that it's better not to answer. Not wanting to do the sputum test thing is normal, St Lukes is not the Embassy or the US government. Just be polite at the medical it will go alright. I personally would not tell them about my parents but you have to decide what is best for you. The whole process is based on how much people like you, my fiance said she cut in line both at medical and interview. Interview took her an hour, medical 2 hours. I told her to kill everyone with kindness. It isn't a just system it is just the best they were able to do.

My favorite kind of people.... NOT.

Normal Asian behavior. Japanese tourists are the worst, especially here in the US. I just about decked a few at Universal Studios Hollywood, but my wife told me to behave.

The only time I ever saw Filipinos stay in line was at a taxi stand at one of the malls in Manila, only because both the taxis waiting their turn, and the passengers waiting to load, were being encouraged to do so by the mall security.

Medical history of the patient, not the Family's medical history

Hi,

You are absolutely correct. If i remember it correctly, when i was interviewed about my medical history during Physical exam, she asked my personal medical history. Like when she ask me "Do you have cancer?", I answered "None" but my mom was diagnosed of breast cancer. She was not interested knowing about it. She just continued asking other questions. What is important is when answering all the questions, be confident and look straight at the Doctors eyes. It helps. I only spent 10mins during my physical exam.

All the questions from the Physical and Immunization interviews are more on about your Personal Medical History not your family.

Though they always asked about what is the nature of your work. "Is it health or hospital related work?"

Just my thoughts. IF you are not asked, no need to elaborate some informations. Most of the questions were answerable only by "Yes" or "No".

I hope this helps.
