I have a few questions... I am the beneficiary (wife) and my husband is the petitioner.

I-130

PART C

17. List husband/wife and all children of your relative

Does the petitioner's name go there or the beneficiary....it's kind of confusing

Also, we have two children together, do we list their names too or only if it's the beneficiary's kids with a different Father.

19. Your relative's address abroad.

Beneficiary(me) is in the United States so... do we still have list the address abroad?

21. If filing for your husband/wife give the last address at which you lived together.

Does this really mean the last address or should I put the current address. We have been married for 10 years and living together for 10 years.

G-325A

Our fathers are both deceased so the part where it asks for City and Country of Residence for Father, should we put 'deceased'?

Thank you so much!

Im not an expert but this is what I put on my forms:

*Your husband fills out i130 ,therefore he puts information about him in this part- you as his wife, and your children and IF he has other children list them too

19. Your relative's address abroad.

Beneficiary(me) is in the United States so... do we still have list the address abroad?

*"None" since you no longer live abroad

21. If filing for your husband/wife give the last address at which you lived together.

Does this really mean the last address or should I put the current address. We have been married for 10 years and living together for 10 years.

*The address where you both live currently

*I'd put "deceased" too

Thank you so much!
