For the Alien Registration Number on Form I-130 Section C Number 10, do I put the 9-digit "A#" found on the Employment Authorization Card (which was valid from 2011-12)?

Or should I put "none"?

Or something else?

...I am a USC applying for my spouse's AOS (he's currently on an F1).

THANK YOU!

USC and spouse went through AOS from F1

Now, removing conditions on permanent resident status.

As he has an A# you put that number in the blank which is found on the EAD card.

Good luck,

However, that A# is from a non-immigrant status. I believe that that is not applicable to the immigrant petition.

So should I include this non-immigrant status A#, or put NONE? Hmmm... what have others done?

I would put the A# down so they can merge the two files. It does not say A# for immigrant visa or A# for non-immigrant visa, it asks for A# and IMHO, if you have EVER had an A# you put that in that space. A natural born USC would put "N/A" as they do not get A#s, a naturalized USC would put in their old A#, and alien that has had an A# before would put in the old A#, and an alien who has never received an A# would put in "NONE" as this space is applicable to them, it is just they do not have an A# yet.
