The stamp on my I94 states the entry date,but no actual date on the expiration of it; it just says: "Class until D/S" (duration of stay I suppose ??)

Do I put the "D/S" on the space provided for expiration of authorized stay I94?

I read elsewhere you put the date from your I-20 SEVIS.

But as the form asks... as shown on Form I-94 or I-95 is "D/S" so that's what we'll put.

I was almost sure Im suppose to put "D/S",but wanted to double check, for it to be 100% correct..

Will it be a big problem if I had left it BLANK????

As everyone suggests, it's best not to leave any blanks. Use "NONE" or "N/A" where applicable.

On my I-94 my stamp is with the date I arrived, and it is written with a pen "J-1 D/S", but because it is not an actual date that expires, I left it blank. I already sent my package so I hope it won't be a problem that I didn't write D/S, but left it blank

It should be entered as "D/S".
