Tranquilo/a... relax.. The more you focus on not "having it" the more "not having it" you get...

Instead think about and imagine how awesome it will be to read the words "Approval Notice - Valid from XX-XX-XXXX until XX-XX-XXXX.

Imagina te comprando tu pasaje y el pasaje de tu marido/a... Just focus on the positive events that are coming and it will arrive. Also get busy doing something OTHER than worrying about it..

Worrying about the future robs you of the beauty of today...

On the USCIS Website, mine still shows as pending but I received the Approved copy IN MY HAND on the 22nd and we were actually APPROVED on July 18th.. It's coming...

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

05/02/2013 I-129f sent via USPS express

05/03/2013 received by Dallas-lock box

05/07/2013 NOA1 hard copy

05/13/2013 Alien number change a email from USCIS

07/29/2013 NOA2 Approval email from USCIS

08/03/2013 NOA2 Hard Copy Recieved

08/16/2013 file sent to NVC

08/19/2013 Called DOS told NVC received file case number given.

08/21/2013 file in transit to London embassy as stated on CEAC website also spoke to DOS to confirm

08/28/2013 file ready according to CEAC website

08/30/2013 packet 3 sent with DS-2001

O9/05/2015 medical appointment

1/28/2014 I-131 application for travel documents in initial review receipt number given and hard copy has been sent

1/28/2014 I-765 application for employment authorization in initial review receipt number given and hard copy has been sent.

2/7/2014 (day11) noa1 hard copy arrived in the mail for I-485 I-131 I-765

2/14/2014 (day18) biometric appt letter arrived in the mail. Appt schedualled for 2/26/2014 11.00am.

2/18/2014 (day 22) biometrics successful walkin.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

I believe it was an RFE not an approval, but anyways this happens all the time. You can't let that get to you. Just be happy they did get approved if they did because that means you are coming up soon. Girl, many people pass you by with and Noa2 and then you catch up and your interview is first or after but its always in the same time frame. Remember different officers have their own load of cases so they don't work at the same time. The Dominican couple today had the luck of all luck approved in 5 days and interview today? So don't let it get to you. I would be happy because I know my application approval is coming soon.

No need to be anxious, dear. Our NOA1s are two days apart :) Looking at Igors list there are people who applied way after us and they already have their approvals, but there are also people who applied before us who are still waiting. Files are assigned to different processors, and they work at different speeds. Nothing's wrong, this is just how it happens. It'll come soon :)

our NOA2 took 5,5 months...Be patient... Don't forget to prepare your fiance's bank account statements (best get them directly at the bank and have them signed), letter from his employer and have the evidence of financial support ready... Be proactive and don't worry, it will get done.
