Hi all. We are k-1 filers and are waiting for our AOS to be approved. Filing date is October 19, 2012. We put in a service request more than a week ago. Over 9 month wait so far.

Question is, I had my medical completed in Canada in July 2012. My AOS has yet to be approved. Medical is expired now, correct? Will I recieve an RFE to have another completed before I'll be approved?
