Hi everyone...First of all, I'd like to thank the Almighty God for His love and mercies in this journey so far. I'd like to also thank everyone here on visajourney for the help, advice, words of comfort and encouragement so far, may the good Lord richly bless you. I am now in the US, Atlanta- Georgia. Been here for two weeks now, and the experience so far has been so wonderful. I am soo happy to be with my baby. we got married a week ago, and now planning to put in the papers for the change of status. I'd like some help as regards the requirements and also will like to know if the affidavit of support requires sending all forms again that was previously sent as regard evidence of financial support. Thank you.

My fiancee isn't here yet (K1 Interview next week), but I've already started working on the AOS paperwork and studying here on Visa Journey.

I found this post to be very helpful: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/235331-aos-ead-ap-from-k1-the-aussie-way-doc-list-included/

Good luck!

Also, looks like we are neighbors. I live next to Smyrna in Vinings. So, welcome to Atlanta :)
