I was wondering....if a person petitions for a K1 visa, and the person they petitioned for has been deported from Europe before for...is that grounds for a k1 visa denial? is there anywhere on the i129f that asks about deportation from other countries? Looking forward to your help!

Basically it depends on what you were deported for.

Anyone else? I am not sure of the offense as they just asked for advice, but i assume it was somethign serious if it warranted deportation? Is there anywhere where they should indicate this on the application? or shoudl they wait for the interview to tell the consular this?
