Visiting and Submitting more evidence after I-129F's NOA1

So I received NOA1 on May 10, 2013 for my for my fiance in Guatemala. I recently purchased a one way ticket for me and our son to go visit her on August 22. I'm hoping and praying our NOA2 comes next month so we might be able to come back together. Yeah I have a lot of faith in God!

Anyway, I'm wondering if there is a way to submit or if I must follow any steps since I'm leaving the country for a little time while the petition is in process. I have family members that will be checking my mailbox while I'm out, although I also get email notifications for my case.

I also found some other evidence that I wished I sent in my I-129F packaged the first time. Is there a way to send additional evidence before their decision or NOA2?

Thanks...

It looks like average time right now for NOA 2 as about 150 days. That would put you mid September, but some are getting it earlier. You might get lucky. But keep in mind it will take a week or two for your file to clear NVC and then a couple months after that to get your medical exam, police certificate and interview. You may be able to come back together in November if things go well.

You can send your additional evidence with the P3. Not sure if you can send it to the USCIS or not.

Welcome to the forum.

:time: It helps everyone that uses the forum. Additionally, if you fill in your timeline, VJ can give you estimate date range when you will receive your NOA2 petition approval.

Which visa are you seeking? You mention fiancee as in K-1 Fiancee visa, but your current profile indicates you are filing for K-3 Spouse visa?

Good luck.

Packet 3. You will get that after the consulate receives you file,

You fill out all the forms and send it back. You will include additional evidence, New letters of intent, the police report, etc

If you filed a K-1, I would think November would be realistic if you don;t get a REF or 221.
