Hi everyone! I'm new here and I need your help. Our I-129F was approved last June 26, 2013, my fiance received a letter that our papers are received by NVC by July 8, 2013, BUT UNTIL NOW I HAVEN'T received anything yet from the US embassy or NVC regarding the "packet/package or letter of appointment. I was thinking if I have to wait for anything or If I can have an appointment and call the US embassy here in the Philippines for my interview?

I hope you can help us. Thanks you.

I received packet 3 by email one month after the NOA2 hard copy. My suggestion is be patient, it will come to you :)

Does the embassy send you your packet before you pay the visa fee????

we thought that we don't have to wait for anything form the embassy, but the required documents for the medical exam are:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
  1. Regular Immigrants and K-Visa Applicants

  2. EACH APPLICANT MUST PRESENT THE FOLLOWING:
    1. Valid passport
    2. Photocopy of Passport Biographic/Data Page, the page in the passport that contains the applicant's photo and information. The photocopy should be the same size as the original, not enlarged or reduced.
    3. 3 pieces recent 2x2 visa photos (2 for submission to the U.S. Embassy, 1 for clinic file)

The US Embassy requires you to bring the 2x2 photos for your visa issuance. We regret not to release the medical report until such time that you can provide this requirement.
    4. Visa Interview Appointment letter from the Embassy or Instruction letter from the National Visa Center (NVC), if available,
