im trying to make an account on egov.immigration.gov

problem is i dont know what is an english upper case number and lower case number.

can anybody give me an example of this..

There is no such thing as an upper case number.

Your post was written in entirely lower case letters.

You may be referring to the symbols above the numbers when using the shift key pressed simultaneously with the number sign for "upper case numbers"...! (above 1) @ (above 2), # (above 3), $ (above 4), % (above 5) etc. If you don't use the shift key then the "lower case" number (1, 2, 3, 4, etc) would be used. I believe you need one of the "upper case" symbols (such as #, %) in your password on the site.

You are not dumb! Just because you don't know things - that's not a big deal. It's better to ask than just guess Anyway, looks like your question was answered. Good luck with everything.

And there is no such thing as uppercase numbers, if you use shift + number, you will get a symbol. The password and username for USCIS status do NOT require any symbols.
