AOS Checklist - Time For Response

Hey Guys,

Does anyone have an idea of the response time once a response the sent back from a checklist? I had to resend a few things today and just wanted to know when I can expect a review.

I would assume that an officer already has the file, so it's just a matter of an update, but clarification would be great.

Mine took quite a while. My dad is a co-sponsor and they needed an extra tax thing that I didn't send initially and it was the last thing I needed to send. It arrived at the NVC on July 1st and I didn't get a case closed until July 23rd. They always just tell you it can take up to 20 business days. Yours may not take as long, but it's probably good to be prepared just in case!

They are asking on the AOS form but when i called them awhile ago the representative told me that they received the package dated July 8 and it will be for review just to wait 20 business days. In this regards, Should I sent AOS form again and response to their checklist? Or should I wait for their email again?

Yes, I send the new I864EZ form again...after waiting their checklist advise thru email. There are some information that is missing. Just follow their instruction so that it will have no delay in processing. Thanks.

They always tells us 20 business days for them to review. It starts when they input our case in the system. Actually, when i called them last Friday if they received our AOS checklist sent dated Aug 6, the operator replied to me we've to wait 2 weeks to enter the case in their system. This is not true, I will call them again nxt week in anyway. Keep on calling them on the status of your case just as I am. Thanks and God bless our journey!

Yes me too, I send a cheklist on august 6, and thay say we gave to reviwie your case...
