That would depend on the basis of the expedite.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

When did your mother petition for your sisters? How old are they and are they married?

What did you give as the reason for expedite (ie is your mother sick, or it's politically dangerous back home, or your mo is in the military, or....)?

There's no way to expedite the petition filed for the son/daughter OVER 21. He/she will wait 8 YEARS under the F2B category. http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_1360.html

The oldest sibling can take care of the younger ones while they are waiting for their F2A visas. Everyone is on the same boat, waiting waiting and waiting.

What reason do you use to request the expedite, none seems applicable.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Which is...............

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
