Hi, I am petitioning both my parents and getting everything lined up as for steps and what not. Question, do I submit separate I-864EZ form, do the I-864, or what?

That form can be used only if you are able to answer yes to all of the questions at the very beginning of the form.

My answer to first 2 questions is YES. Not too sure about the 3rd question:

"The sponsored immigrant is the only person immigrating based on the underlying visa petition".

I will be petitioning/sponsoring both my parents, which is in separate i-130. So my answer is yes, right?

I was in a similar situation with my wife and stepdaughter and I filed separate I-864EZ's. I have to redo them and will once again file the separate EZ forms.
