USEM = U.S. Embassy? When will I get that letter? US Embassy Manila

So when is the time to pay visa fee and all that other stuff? If you have the MNL case #, that is all you need to move forward

thanks, and we get the MNL Case # from calling NVC 1-2 wks after we got NOA2 notification when they get the case, is that right?

  • 05/02/2013 - Left to visit my baby for the 3rd time!
  • 05/03/2013 - NOA1 Hardcopy received
  • 06/04/2013 - Flight back to the U.S.
  • 07/29/2013 - NOA2 (approval text) received (only 87 days since NOA1 Notice Date)
  • 08/02/2013 - NOA2 Hardcopy received
  • 08/14/2013 - Mailed all necessary post-NOA2 docs to sweetheart in preparation for her medical/interview!

Congrats on your approval!

If you happen to get the 'much anticipated' letter from USEM (which again is not required), it will refer you to that same link anyways.

Yes, paid visa fee, scheduled interview and completed medical are required prior to attending the interview.

are you sure the letter is not required by the embassy? so what is the "PACKET" all about? we are really confused of that "packet"
