Re-routing Visa Package to New Embassy?

Hello, my K-1 was approved by USCIS and sent to the NVC on January 27th. The NVC when I initially called said they had not processed it, and that it could take up to 8 weeks to process, so I should call back periodically. I called back one week later, and they processed and shipped it to the US Embassy in Frankfurt, Germany. My fiance was going to school in Germany. She finished her semester just now, and is about to go home to Ukraine, and is putting her master's on hold so she can come to the USA and be with me. I was just now looking for one way tickets from Germany to Ukraine even. Just bad timing, I think that it was finally processed, but she is now going to be back in her home country of Ukraine.

So, can I have the embassy re-route the package to the US Embassy in Kiev, Ukraine somehow?

The NVC gave me some case number to use with usembassy.gov, but I haven't explored that site too much just yet, as I intend to call the US Embassy in Frankfurt, Germany when they open tomorrow.

Your K-1 petition was approved on Jan 27th and sent to the embassy in Frankfurt a week later, and you haven't done anything with the process since then? Did you contact the embassy in Frankfurt to get the petition timeframe extended? From what I understand, the approved K-1 petition is only good for a limited time. I just received mine and it is valid for only 4 months.

07/26/2013 - received email that USCIS shipped case to NVC

If the date is really January 27th, and not July 27th. Then your petition is already expired. Not sure if embassy will extend it, but most likely you will have to start from the beginning, as there is a time frame of 4 month.

I meant June 27th - Sorry. Also, as a side note, I was under the impression a K-1 petition does NOT expire? So Can I have Frankfurt send the application to Ukraine? I am very worried about this.

Also, I learned packet 3 has been sent out by US Embassy in Frankfurt. I think we may be forced to go through this Embassy, but that would mean she would not be going home to Ukraine... I don't know what to do at this point unless the US Embassy of BOTH Kyiv and Frankfurt reply soon to my email. I contacted the Visa Office that oversees the US Embassy's and they recommend doing what I already have done, and if I am unable to contact them through email my only resort would be to contact a senator.
