Hello i have a question pertaining to forms: G-325A and/or I-130. as me and my wife fill out our information there is a question asking about beneficiary other names used. (Me and my wife got married in the philippines janurary 2013).

Since my wife carries my last name would she still fill out in the section other names used using her maiden name or can we leave this section NONE or N/A?

Her maiden name would go in other names used if she is using her married name. If she has been married before and changed her name it would also go there.
