Hi VJ Members,

Any March 2013 received interview letters as yet....I know we most likely have all received our EAD's/AP after completing our biometrics but any other update re interview....

I filed AOS from K1 15 March 2013

Would love to hear from March/April filers...good.gif

I am April filer and didn't receive any interview letter or any update yet. But will call them if I didn't receive anything by August 12. We might probably not have any interview before it's approve and that take like 8 to 10 months according to people who have gone through the process. Goodluck.

AOS JOURNEY

19-04-2013...................AOS package sent.

24-04-2013................... NOA1 received by text and email.

29-04-2013................... NOA1 received by post for AOS and EAD

03-05-2013...................Received biometric appointment notice.

13-05-2013...................Received RFE for AOS by text

20-05-2013................... Biometric done

09-06-2013.................... Sent RFE response

12-06-2013..................... Case updated to Response review

06-07-2013..................... EAD Approved

13-07-2013...................... EAD received in Mail

One will never know when USCIS will schedule interiews...I was jst reading here and could see members who filed for AOS from K1 after March 2013 and they already have interviews and received GC...one process I saw took only 2 months...

no interview. I'm thinking that we may not be getting any. Hope all is well for everyone!!! patience is a virtue!
