Will my recent deportation from China prevent me from bringing my Chinese fiance to the US?

She was upset at first of course, but I was able to explain the situation and she calmed down. Everything is fine between us.

Look, if you have any desire to emigrate to China, or visit in the future, then you'll probably have an issue. Other than that, your fiancee is applying for the visa in China based on a petition you filed in the U.S. What happened with you getting deported is irrelevant in this case.

I chose to have diplomats from the US Embassy come visit me and clear things up. The Chinese authorities made a bunch of ###### up. They claimed I was a child molester. First of all, I didn't molest her at all...and she wasn't a child...she was 22 years old. They US Embassy was actually shocked and pissed off that the Chinese police had falsified this stuff, but they cleared it up with the chief of the immigration police. It was unbelievable, but I got out of there in one piece. Yes, you know what you are talking about. Most of the people there are using fake degrees and certificates.

Ok. Now we're getting somewhere. So the U.S. embassy is aware of this situation. Were you convicted of any crime in China?

I did the course in Colorado, 3 days I think but I did other categories as well as life, the exams were multiple guess.

Now making a good living selling insurance is another issue.

Well, a good friend of mine is doing it because his dad has been selling life insurance with Aflac for like 18 years. My friend is really anti-social and shy and even he has been doing well for himself. He just recently just made $1,000 in just one week! He was pounding the pavement from sunrise to sunset...but still that is good money. The money isn't even stable, but I would have a second job and just sell when I'm not at the other job.

I did have one more question lol. Did any of you fill out the G-1145 form and attach that with the I-129F petition? I seems that this is only needed if you want to hear from them via an e-notification as to whether or not you were approved? I know it is free of charge, but is it worth filling out or skipping? The official uscis.gov site lists the current total cost for the I-129F as $340.00. So would I just be able to write a check or money order to mail along with the forms to one of the three Lockbox facilities? I would rather not mail cash. I appreciate all the help.

File the G-1145 if you want to receive an electronic notification that the petition has been accepted. If you want to receive additional electronic notifications about your petition from USCIS after it enters the queue, you will need to create an account (free of charge) on the USCIS website.

Dude I was about to say it didn't matter unless u committed

a sex crime, some sort of national security offense, or joined a

gang like the triads...otherwise you can go ahead and petition

her, she's crime-free so nothing to worry about.....re:the sexual/flirtation

charges bro I hope you learned your lesson well, you could have ended up

on some capital charges in that country & working illegally?...make sure the fiancé

knows every bit of what you said , how it all went down & proofs of a bonaide

relationship for the interview...get some cheating counseling it may help, you can file

So from the day that I mail my petition to the day my fiance might get approved...how long on average (if there ever is an average) does the entire K-1 process take? After looking at a flow chart...it seems like about a 1 1/2 - 2 months?

Yes, I know that my post makes me seem like a terrible guy. I will admit that I used to be a player type. I would go to clubs and bars for one night stands, but this was before I met my current gf. I was single at the time. I don't intent to cheat on her as I do genuinely love her. I just got caught up in a complicated mistake. Once again, I appreciate the help.

Average wait time for approval after receiving your first notice of action (NOA1) is approximatly 4-8 months... After that things move a little faster on average, an interview takes place 2-3 months after approval from USCIS approval or denial letter is known as (NOA2) this is the doc everyone raves over getting!! Lol after filing, sit back, relax & the wait is on..... P.s.. Just curious but is she your gf or ur fiance? U called her ur gf.... Have u not popped the question yet? Sorry if this is personal..

Oh and get a co-sponsor... Your goin to need 1 with no income proof for last year..

I was deported from China about a month ago, but my fiance wants to come live with me in the US. I want to fill out an I-129F petition and I found a section in the petition that reads the following:

Moreover, I understand that this petition, including any criminal conviction information that I am required to provide with this petition, as well as any related criminal background information pertaining to me that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services may discover independently in adjudicating this petition will be disclosed to the beneficiary of this petition.
My fiance has no crinimal record. I was assuming that the focus would mainly be on her because she is the one coming to the US not me. Now I am really worried that my being deported might be a reason to deny my petition or a reason for denial for the K-1 visa on her end, at the visa office in Guangzhou, China?
I would greatly appreciate anyone's help with this.
Best Regards,
Robert

You quoted a statement that has a context. Unless you have been convicted of a sex crime against a child, you past criminal record has no bearing whatsoever on whether your petition will be approved. The statement indicates your applicable criminal record will be disclosed to your fiancee, PERIOD. By applicable, I mean anything that would cause you to answer yes to the specific questions in that section of the form. If yes, is the answer to any of those specific questions, then provide the required court records and inform your fiancee yourself, in advance. If your answers to those questions are NO, then no worries. Get on with life.

Robert -- IMO, your arrest and deportation won't have an effect on your I-129F petition,

if

you disclose all .

However, I strongly suggest you engage with Marc Ellis for up to 2 hours, and get his advice. Google 'Marc Ellis Immigration' for his website and contact info.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
