2b I believe, about 10 years.

You can not stay legally beyond 90 days on a K1 unless you marry the petitioner.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

lots of judgement here..... I want to marry my fiance more than anything... its him who decided not to... my mom is here and she has a green card...i lived in US since i was 16...so all my close friends and relatives are here.... i dont have anything or anyone back home... i am 21 now...

anyways.. i am not a bad person.. i just wanted some advise...but i guess not..thanks anyway

juliekins,

How is it that you managed to live here for 5 years already? Did you have prior legal status before arriving on the K-1? And what caused you to leave in order to enter on the K-1 if you were already here legally? If your mother has been here for 5 years, on what basis (is she an LPR, a USC, and if she arrived on a K-1, did you accompany her) and has she already submitted an I-130 for you?

You can 'catch' me on here and on FBI.

Hi Juliekins, sorry to hear about your situation. Figured you were busy honeymooning with your fiance, not finding out he didn't want to marry you after all. Being a sucker for romance, I sincerely hope the two of you can work things out.

Good luck! Reading the other replies, assuming it does not work out for you and your fiance, it sounds like it will be quite some time before you mom can get you here legally.
