Congrats on your approval!

Actually I don't know how to create a topic here bc they changed the site a little bit. Allow me please to post my question here!

Well, I had a conditional green card, I got divorced while I was conditional. Then, I left America 2 months ago.

I still have my conditional GC on me, can I get back to the U.S.? or it's over

Any solution????

If you conditional green card has not expired, you come and go as you please. Unless u stay outside for more than a year i think

2. When i got married?

3. How i met my wife?

I only spend 5minute and was approved. I never front load.

Congratulations !!!!!

CONGRATS

Reading your previous descriptions got me panic. My fiancee and I met on Jan 2013 and she visited me on April 2013.

Here is the case, I had my family dissolution since 2009 but never filed for court dissolution till MAY 2013 and had my divorced certificate on 31st MAY 2013. We sent in our I-129F on June 2013. Does it mean, I was legally married to my ex before my fiancee visited me? Aside my divorce certificate, my uncle sworn separate affidavit at the same court on 14 May 2013 stating that ,my ex and I are divorced through family dissolution since 2009 and each of us are free to remarry. With your past experienced do you think the affidavit sworn by my uncle will help our case or there's still a red flag?
