IMHO, family court is a criminal enterprise in the US.

Did any one take note on how two United States citizens were incarcerated (the child was also taken into CPS custody) without due process and all these occurred right in front of a United States Judge who is a student of the constitution.

As far as being afraid of the criminals, they just want something from you and they'll go away. Take your iPhone or whatnot. How does one explain this to the little Girl what just happened. The adults that she is supposed to trust in uniform just assaulted her and in front of a Judge no less. The court never goes away, at least the criminals do.
