how to go about a k2. visa

Last week I filed a k1 visa. For my fiance and I want to file for his son so my question is how do I go about that? I entered his son name on the application under the part where they ask for beneficiary children name. Any info would b great

Timeline

You have not applied for anything yet. I am assuming the son's name was entered on the I-129F petition where it asks for the foreign fiance(e)'s children to be listed. When it comes time for the K-1 visa interview, the K-2 will also need to fill out the DS application forms, pay the visa processing fee, get a medical done and attend the interview. How the process works exactly at the consulate you will interview at is something you would need to find out directly from your consulate.
